# 连接缓慢或不稳定

## 你看到的现象 {#symptom}

Potatso 连接时，网页加载缓慢，或视频卡顿。

## 可能的原因 {#causes}

速度主要取决于你使用的服务器、距离远近以及繁忙程度。网络本身慢，也会让连接变慢，无论是否使用 VPN。

## 可以尝试什么 {#fixes}

1. **选择离你更近的服务器**，或选择会自动为你挑选最快服务器的自动代理组。
2. **用测速比较你的服务器**。测速会显示每台服务器的延迟，方便你进行比较。这是 Pro 功能。
3. **请与关闭 VPN 时比较**。如果那时也很慢，原因在于你的网络。

要在 App 中查看这些建议，请打开**设置** > **故障排除**并轻点**缓慢或不稳定**。该页面上的**检查互联网访问**会运行[无互联网检查](/docs/zh/troubleshooting/no-internet/#check)，检测你的网络、VPN、服务器和 DNS。

## 联系客服 {#support}

如果只有使用 Potatso 时才慢，并且所有服务器都慢，请在**缓慢或不稳定**页面轻点**发送报告**。Potatso 会打开一封发给客服的邮件，并附上最近的日志和你的配置。
